Can a minor in California apply & own a federal trademark, or must a parent or guardian be the applicant? At what age can a minor legally enter a contract? Ward might not do so good cause Big Ben is gonna have a suspension for the first six games, i dont think either Back-ups can get the ball to him. Finley should do okay, i think he is a little over rated going into the season, but could be an every week starter. Giants defence should have a great year, i expect them to be as good as when they won the superbowl, Branshaw is good to have as a bench Running back because he can win the starting job and maybe even an every week starter for you over Williams, Mcgahee i dont see doing anything, But your recievers Henderson and Collie are both sleepers and should be perfect for your team, you need to get rid of Ward though, he will do nothing for you this season, you should actually trade maybe Henderson or Collie for a better backup running back- Bradshaw is good, but the other 2 are terrible, so just try to get backup running backs and maybe trade for a better back-up QB incase Shaub gets injured, otherwise your good, hope that this helps

I would suppose that it would be fair for the school to support and teach curriculum that coincides with what the parents who send their kids to school believe, otherwise it's shoving your beliefs on other people. If the parents are atheists--fine, don't teach intelligent design or whatnot, but if the parents are Christians or other religions, let it be that there are teachers that will teach bible or whatnot.

Puppy cut his nose pretty bad plz help!!?

What is a good recipe to make with a 9" chocolate pie crust?

Either squirt some chocolate syrup or spoon some warm fudge sauce into the bottom of the crust to cover. Gently chop up some of your favorite candy either with a knife or in a bag. Plan ol' chocolate chips work well. So do peppermint patties and Milky Ways. Sprinkle a layer of the candy onto the crust. Mix up one (4 serving size) box of instant chocolate pudding according to the directions on the box. You will probably just need some milk and a mixer. Gently fold a small tub of thawed whipped topping into the pudding. Spoon mixture onto crust. Top with another small tub of thawed whipped topping. Drizzle with chocolate syrup or fudge sauce and/or chopped/crushed candy. Yummy!

Sadly, I don't think this problem is confined to the horse section only. I think there is an entire generation of kids who are unable to write correctly. Ya'll returning back to work yet?! I know ya'll haven't been going to work. Ever since I found out about Michael Jackson's death, I decided take off. Haven't been to the office since. I mean, I don't know the guy or anything but he was a pretty big. With that in mind, I was going to return back to the office yesterday but then I thought about it and decided to take another day off. Then I woke up this morning and thought about going in but thought about the way Jackson died; cardiac arrest and so I've decided to go ahead and take another week off or two. I'm thinking about taking the whole month off and returning on the first of August. I don't feel obligated to call in or answer my phone as right now is a time of mourning for everyone. My girlfriend who lives in my apartment with me only hasn't gone in to work at all either. We're just snuggling in bed together on yahoo answers! We're cute, really!

Finding something to do with your life.?

I have been there many times. You sound a lot like me. I would have a goal and then when something happened and my plans got changed. I would just drift for awhile until I found something else to get excited about. It is hard sometimes, especially when people have so many things they want to do. I too got a little depressed and felt like I was just spinning my wheels. Some dreams do come back. I originally wanted to be an architect because I liked to design houses, but then my math grades were very poor in high school and that ended that. I then wanted to do art and actually went to college for it. I only got my ociates Degree, but did not transfer to another school, so I did the best I could to use the degree. I thought about doing photography since I found I had a knack for it, but eventually it did not pan out after several years, so I found a regular job that paid more and I stumbled through life until I found my current job as a custodian. I eventually said enough was enough and went back and finished my degree and graduated from college this past May with a degree in my other love History, which I also have a knack for. Now I am trying to find a job that will fit this degree within the Federal Government. All of this has taken place within a 25 year period. It has taken me this long to get my life back on track, though it is a different track. You will find something and I think you will go back to your writing, which I also have a knack for too. Do not lose hope and eventually a new goal will appear or maybe you will go back to your old goal. Keep the faith.

This is not true for all, but for many I have met. I don't think logic and reason were tools given to us by God just to ignore. But if you challenge many Christians on their world view, many resort to simply quoting Bible verses, or spitting our b platitudes, or just run and hide altogether. It can be frustrating, especially if these people are your friends or acquaintances. Is it possible that my office is making me sick?

I have allergies, and suffer from allergy-induced asthma. Lately, I only really seem to have symptoms in my office. I get dizzy and congested, and my chest feels like it's made out of lead. I use allergy medications and inhalers more at work than at home. Once I'm in my car and on my way home, my symptoms lessen to the point that they practically dissapear. Beastly is a modern day version of beauty and the beast, and A Kiss in Time is a modern day version of sleeping beauty. How to burn songs to cd?

I click play a song and windows media player shows up then I click burn. then I go to the folder I have the songs I want to burn I drag them into the burn list. Then I insert a disc and then click start burn. A message shows up and it says please insert a blank disc and windows media player will autmatically start burning. About 10 seconds later they message dissapears and the cd enjects then the message reappears. I also tried inserting the cd in after I get that message but it keeps enjecting.

quite good. not only do us older goths find beauty in things that others don't appreciate, but we find life in death. Why did my malaysian trumpet snails all die?

i bought 20 MTSnails and they were doing fine in a one gallon tank i used to quarantine them, they even bred in the tank and i had 12 tiny babies i kept in the 1G tank. i added the parents to the main tank which was equal temperature, but had more waste in it due to the fish, they started cleaning the tank walls straight away and burrowed in the gravel, i decided to leave the babies in the small tank and carried on with water changes and fed them 1/4 of an algae pellet- advised feeding for snail only tanks. i carried on putting a full pellet in the main tank for the adults and the fish didnt try to eat it, the snails loved it, i reduced the full pellet down to 1/2 so they could eat uneaten food and algae and waste from the fish, which they did, however i suddenly lost them all. i cleaned the tank, moved the gravel and realised some of the shells were white and empty- dead. i found 3 which were alive and took them out. all the rest were dead. the babies i had were ok, and growing bigger, i put the three adults in the little tank and they became more active and ate food and seemed fine. (meanwhile all my fish were fine, the water i took to the pet shop tested fine and they told me the snails could have died from the journey- they were delivered to me by post (but this was weeks later?) anyway, a few days ago the babies died and 2 adults, i have 1 adult left but it wont come out of its shell- possibly dead. and 2 babies which are out of their shell, but not eating. i took my water for another test today and the shop have insisted the water is ok in terms of parameters and it could be possible it was a disease. im now worried my fish could be affected, maybe this disease takes its time to appear?

Your use of rhyme is very good although the rhythm is a little uncertain: you can hear the rhythm in places (e.g. the second stanza) but you have not maintained it throughout the poem. What should I use for a temporary fence until the snow thaws?

My neighbors dog poops in my yard every day. I have verbally warned him, sent him a note, and animal control has warned him. So I finally got around to finishing Twilight Princess. I watched the end credits, eager to get back into the game to find my last poe soul and finish some other orted side quests. But after the "the end" screen disappears and I re-open the file I just finished playing through, I'm returned to the beginning of the Hyrule Castle dungeon, Midna still by my side. I'm fairly certain that the game has registered my killing Ganon because the hearts I lost during the final battle are still gone. But is my returning to the castle some sort of glitch, or is it impossible to return to the game to a point where Ganon and Midna are gone?

This last Wednesday at work, I was hauling a 1000 gallon propane tank on a goose-neck trailer when I lost the tie rod joint on the pengers side tire, therefore sending me in a straight path to the guard rail, because the joint went south, I know have over $10,000 in body damage on the drivers side of the truck. The thing I don't understand is this truck is this is a Red 2006 Ram 3500 dually, four wheel drive, with the mins H.O. Turbo Diesel motor, and it ONLY has 56,000 miles on it! Can anyone help me figure out why the tie rod went south on me like it did? Or has anyone ever seen anything like it???? Anything would be apprecaited

The Corsair memory is better and faster, but overall the difference to your computer's performance won't be mive. It would make more difference if you bought a Phenom processor though. Also the HD5770 is ok but isn't the most powerful card available at a reasonable price. If you can stretch to an NVidia GTX460 or a Radeon HD6870 then your graphics will perform much better. You would be fine with a 600W PSU. One more thing, unless you've found a bargain then the price that you show for Windows 7 looks to me like the price of the upgrade version, not the full version which costs about �110. Unless you have a legitimate copy of Vista to install first then you can't use the upgrade version.
