So I started the Atkins Diet just yesterday where I have to consume Proteins and I can have Fibre veggies etc but no Starch ie no Carbohydrates. I'm only doing it for a very short time. 1) However I wanted to know if anyone has tried it and how effectively it works? Also, while exercising yesterday I was sweating a lot more than I would usually and I didn't even feel tired easily. That's obviously good. 2) But can anybody explain to me why so and whether it's to do with the diet I'm on?
