Puppy cut his nose pretty bad plz help!!?

I have a 10 wk old puppy who is very playful when i took him out to potty today he was running and ran into our shed which happend to have a sharp edge on it, it cute his skin on his "snout" i dont know if thats what its called on a dog but not on his nose between his eyes and nose, and it peeled up his skin its about an inch wide but has stopped bleeding, what can i do at home for him as all of the vets are closed in my area and the nearest animal hospital thats opened is 2 hours from me, he isnt crying nor is he bleeding anymore just the skin is peeled up and it looks gross, what do i do for him i have already put peroxide on it and then iodine is there anything else i should do? He also doesnt seem to be bothered by it!
