What was the show on local TV, similar to Power Rangers, not VR Troppers, early 90s? Live action, I think...?

It really was similar to PR, it aired at the same time, kind of a rival show on another channel. I don't think it was VR Troopers. It was a group of people saving the world, blah blah. Live action, not cartoon... Anyone know what I'm talking about? It's driving me nuts not knowing it... Not Mortal Combat or Street Fighter either... But around the same time... Not Super Human Samauri either.... Help?!
