Borderlands general knoxx secret armory "its like christmas" last mission says i didnt complete it but i did? ?

I just beat general knoxx. I went, did the countdown, stole the loot, then the "boom" happened but says i only stole the loot. I cant turn it in and i cant go back in there what do i do?
