How do i change the font on my about me section?

i wana change the text and color on my about me ow do i do it?? and hod do ppl make certain words diff color in their about me n sum wrds r underlined n sum have lines thru it sum 1 help??? n plx explain to me how to do it cuz lol i dont catch on !! thankz! =]
