1997 Plymouth van the lights inside blink 4 back windshield &air con.why is it doing that.how can i fix it ?

I'll bet you had a dead battery or had it disconnected. if you do a search for that problem you will find a sequence of ons you need to reset it,im sorry i don't remember the sequence but i didi have the same problem on a 98 van...good luck
