Can I smoke half a ciggarette with Bronchitis?

I have been sIcK sInce Monday and I went to the hospital day before yesterday and found out i have bronchitis. They gave me antibiotics and i have been taking them since yesterday. Im starting to feel a little better but I really need a cigarette, as i have been smoking for 5 years and haven't ha one in 3 days. do you think it would really hurt me if i smoked just half? I know smoking at all is bad for you in general, just answer the question please and thank you :]
