How to train my puppy? 10 point reward!?

I have a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel. Shes about 5 months old. Shes teething and she won't stop biting. When she sees your hands, she purposely trying to grab and chew them. Shes like a snapping alligator. And when you try and push her away, she thinks your playing and jumps back. What do i do?
