Brazil Telephone Numbers?

hm... I'm not sure I understand your question... but I think it's geographical, so if you're in Sao Paulo (state) it's Telefonica, if you're in any other state it's Oi (who just bought Brasil Telecom and is now the largest phone operator in Brazil).
