Try and communicate with the ghosts and tell them what they are doing and sometimes they might not take you seriously and sometimes they do but if they don't get a priest to help you out and bless the house or burn it and leave all of your junk there and the ghost won't follow you but if they are haunting you then they will but if it is the house it's self then burn the house down or bless it
