In the State of California, can a minor enter a legally binding contract/agreement?

Can a minor in California apply & own a federal trademark, or must a parent or guardian be the applicant? At what age can a minor legally enter a contract? For example, a 13 year old can apply for an email by himself and a 16 year old can own a CA drivers license. Valid legal sources (i.e. US codes & sections) would be most appreciated. Thanks!

Best place to stay in Bangkok Thailand, (Bang Rak District)?

I am female asian and will be working in Harindhorn Office (54 North Sathorn Rd, Bangkok) soon. I need an advise as where is the best place to stay with a monthly rental budget of 4000 to 6000 THB. In which I can commute using a convenient transpo means (Bus, Train) ? Or walk. I am not sure if motorbike is safe to ride if you're foreigner in Thailand, as I had bad experience before when I tour Bangkok. Thank you.

I am going to get this 4 year old horse in Wyoming can i just put him in regular polo wraps?

I don't know what those quilt things are so just regular polo wraps. Should i just buy some shipping boots? I live in colorado and i cant measure his leg. He has never been in a trailer before so should i use more protection?

I really like this guy- let's call him Mark. I asked him to Sadies and he said yes. That night, he wrote something on my myspace about how we both like the same quote. Then, we didn't speak for about a week except for some casual hellos in the hall. I always wanted to say something more, but i was too scared. I am always nervous to even say hi to him, so sometimes I don't when I see him in the hallway. But, last night we talked on AIM for an hour until he had to go because his dad made him get off to go to bed. The conversation flowed and it wasn't awkward at all. Also, today after school we hung out in the computer lab together for about 40 minutes. When i walked into the lab, I didn't say hi, but then I asked him for help on some math homework. He came over to help me, and then showed me a video of his on youtube. Then, he signed off his other computer across the lab and came and signed on to the one next to me. He helped me with all my homework, and we were like joking around.

I have no idea when it came out and i can only remember one lyric from the song..i remember the video though...its a guy with shoulder length brown hair and its curly in the video he's a courier on a bike and he goes up a flight of stairs and theres guys taking photos and i remember the song had beethoven music in it .. i think it came out in 2000 or 2001 ? maybe .. its doing my head in please help

Law & Order SVU: Is Mariska Hargitay the reason you watch?

Although still an entertaining show, the quality and context has started to become gimmicky in order to keep up with CSI’s and Fox type shows. However I must say Mariska Hargitay’s character of Olivia Benson has grown from funky short hair girl to true beauty by far my top TV girl crush. Who else wouldn’t still watch or Tivo L&O SVU if it wasn’t for Det. Benson.
